Fleet Construction Group is a Fleet, Hampshire-based principal contractor working across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and the surrounding areas.
A contractor that runs the whole job
Most problems on a build come from gaps between trades. We remove those gaps by acting as principal contractor: we plan the programme, bring in the trades, manage the site and stay accountable for the finished result.
Our work ranges from single-room refurbishments to full new build homes and commercial fit outs. The scale changes; the standard doesn't.
We're happy to work alongside your architect and structural engineer, or introduce you to people we trust if you're starting from a blank page.
How we work
Five stages, no surprises
First conversation
We talk through what you want, the constraints of the property and a realistic budget before anything is drawn.
Survey and quote
We visit the site, review drawings and structural information, then issue a written quote with a clear scope.
Programme agreed
Dates, trades, key milestones and payment stages are set out in writing before we start on site.
On site
One point of contact, weekly updates, tidy working and building control liaison handled by us.
Handover
Snagging completed properly, certificates and guarantees issued, and we stay reachable afterwards.
